Abstract : The present study attempts to determine perceptions of secondary school teachers on classroom communication and integration of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in secondary school classrooms of Sircilla Rajanna district, Telangana, India. This is descriptive research in which 300 teachers were selected through simple random sampling technique in thirty-six selected secondary schools. The data was collected by administering the perception scale analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results indicate that secondary school teachers’ perception on in terms of integration of ICT in classroom communication process is found to be moderate. The female teachers’ perceptions were slightly higher than male teacher’s perceptions on classroom communication and integration of ICT. The teachers from different teaching subjects are on the same level of their perceptions on classroom communication and integration of ICT and noticed that there is no difference in their level of perceptions.
