Abstract : This research paper examines the effectiveness of mobile learning in the context of teaching and learning English as a foreign language (EFL). This paper aims to provide insights into the potential benefits and challenges of integrating mobile learning in EFL instruction through a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical evidence.
